We've all been there, a jacket that's too tight in the chest or pants that don't quite fit the hips just right. Being a woman in any sport is hard enough to find a good kit let alone one in snow sports. In snow sports add an extra layer of essential function. Wrong material? You're spending the day-soaked risking hypothermia. Or just as bad, wasting a day because your gear isn't allowing you to move the way you want to.
Does it have to be this way? Do we as women deserve more? Seniq is here to distribute the game. Seniq's goal, create the most technical feminine kit on the market.
Founded by Madison Hilson and Valentina Thompson after spending their careers in the outdoor industry (Victoria Secret outerwear and Backcountry) Seniq was born. Madison and Valentina both best friends on and off the hill want to create the primer women's gear and sporting wear. Seniq is the first for women, by women snow gear company.
What is Seniq doing differently?
Their Slopestar Ski Kit is Seniq's signature snow collection. Created with body mpip insulation. A cinched waist on the jacket (after all don't we deserve to look cute while sending it?) while being the only 3 layer jacket on the market currently.
The bib is where Seniq genius from working all those years starts to show. Made with a nylon doby on the chest, allowing for not only support and compression on the girls where we need it most. Gone are the days of stiff chest movements. Seniq takes it a step further and offers women a wider leg shape in the bib to allow for any squatting allowing for movement. The material, being a 3-layer membrane, allows for extra stretch while keeping you warm and toasty and dry.
We can’t wait to give Seniq a full review. Stay tuned for more.
